FIELD: wastewater treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for treating industrial wastewater containing proteins, lipids, and other organic substances, and can be used in the treatment of wastewater from food and fish industries with the possibility of utilizing the isolated products. The cleaning method includes mechanical separation of suspended solids, mixing with a coagulant, coagulation and electrical treatment of the solution in an electroflotation machine for 60-90 minutes. As a coagulant, underground mineralized water is used in a concentration in relation to wastewater equal to 20 vol. %.
EFFECT: increasing the degree of purification, disinfection of wastewater, without the additional introduction of special reagents and preparations, as well as an increase in the yield of a high-quality protein product.
