FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of treating production waste water containing proteins, lipids and other organic substances, and can be used in treating waste water from food and fish processing companies with possibility of recycling the extracted products. The method involves mechanical separation of suspensions from waste water, mixing said suspension with a coagulant, coagulation and electrotreatment of the solution in an electrical floatation apparatus for 60-90 minutes, where the coagulant used is sea water, whose concentration with respect to the waste water in the electrical floatation apparatus is equal to 25-35%, and the anode used is an electrode based on ruthenium and titanium oxides.
EFFECT: high degree of purification, decontamination of waste water without the need for additional special agents, as well as high output of high-quality protein product.
