FIELD: methods of treatment of sewage of meat-packing plants by coagulation; applicable in treatment of concentrated sewage waters of skin-salting department of shop of primary preparation of cattle, containing protein, fats, suspended substances and salts. SUBSTANCE: method includes mechanical cleaning and treatment with coagulant. Prior to treatment with coagulant, sewage is subjected to heat treatment to heat treatment. Coagulant is used in form of complex product consisting of iron chloride, iron sulfate, iron hydroxide formed in galvanocoagulation at pH above 7.5, and additionally introduced sodium hydrocarbonate. EFFECT: reduced power consumption and time taken for treatment with treatment degree increased up to 97.3-99.2%.
