FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in devices for recharging storage batteries being kept in order to compensate for their self-discharge. The device for compensating self-discharge of batteries contains a photocell as a current source, a diode for protection against reverse switching on of the battery, a series-connected throttle and diode, a storage element, a switching transistor, a threshold device and a master pulse generator. The series-connected throttle and diode are connected between the positive terminal of the photocell and the anode of the protection diode. The storage element is connected between the anode of the protection diode and the negative bus of the device. The switching transistor is connected between the midpoint of the connection of the throttle and the diode and the negative bus of the device. The outputs of the threshold device and the master pulse generator are connected to the base of the switching transistor, and the input of the threshold device is connected to the output of the storage element. The device for compensating self-discharge of batteries additionally contains a rotary platform with a panel with an adjustable tilt angle and an electric motor connected to the platform, an electronic control unit with a differential input connected to the electric motor, two photo sensors whose outputs are connected to the inputs of the electronic control unit with a differential input connected to the electric motor, a light collimator located in front of one of the photo sensors. The photocell is located on the panel.
EFFECT: increase in the energy output of the photocell.
