FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural engineering, and in particular to loaders used in field work to perform operations such as loading and stacking nets with vegetables in a vehicle container. SUBSTANCE: manipulator crane contains executive links interconnected by means of a five-movable spherical hinge, made in the form of linear drives, each of which is connected to each other by a two-stage grip, which is presented in the form of two independent links connected in series. The links are interconnected by means of rotational cylindrical hinges with a kinematic pair of the fifth class, the base is made in the form of a rectangular truss with a ledge. The manipulator is installed on the vehicle and includes a chain drive with a drive sprocket, a hydraulic motor and a guide beam mounted on the vehicle frame, and a space-parallelogram mechanism, which is made in the form of four one-dimensional racks, each of which is fastened to the manipulator base and the vehicle frame by means of rotational cylindrical hinges with a kinematic pair of the fifth class, roller bearings, which are fastened to the guide beam by means of translational hinges with a kinematic pair of the fifth class, two actuators, which are attached at one end to the rack of a space-parallelogram mechanism, the other end to the vehicle frame by means of rotational cylindrical hinges with a kinematic pair of the fifth class.
EFFECT: increase in the service area is achieved.
