FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural engineering, namely loaders. The loading and transport unit contains the base of the manipulator, hinges, executive links, interconnected by means of a five-movable spherical hinge, made in the form of linear drives, each of which is connected to each other with a two-stage grip, which is presented in the form of two independent links connected in series, at the same time, the links are interconnected by means of rotational cylindrical hinges with a kinematic pair of the fifth class, one link of which is made in the form of a hemisphere, while another independent serially connected link is made in the form of a rectangular bracket. The base of the manipulator is made in the form of a rectangular truss with a ledge. The load gripping body consists of two levers and a linear drive. The space-parallelogram mechanism has upper and lower platforms, which are fastened together by four one-dimensional racks, by means of rotational cylindrical hinges with a kinematic pair of the fifth class. The lower platform is attached to the spars of the self-propelled chassis by means of rotational cylindrical hinges with a kinematic pair of the fifth class, the linear drive of the space-parallelogram mechanism is made telescopic, which is attached at one end to the lower base, the other end - to the stand of the spatial-parallelogram mechanism, by means of rotational cylindrical joints with a kinematic pair of the fifth class, a drive and a drive gear are additionally installed on the base of the manipulator.
EFFECT: expansion of the functionality of the manipulator, in particular, an increased service area, due to self-loading and unloading of goods on the side of the sides of the body of the self-propelled chassis.
