SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in chemical industry. Method for continuous granulation of water-soluble solid substances includes supply of raw material and seed to a granulation plate; carrying out granulation under conditions of wetting with an aqueous phase; removing the granulation product from the granulation plate; drying the granulation product and separating the dried product into fractions; removing the commercial fraction from the process. Dried granulation product is divided into four fractions: a commercial fraction having a granule diameter in the range of D1 to D2; coarse fraction, having a diameter of granules >D2; return fraction having a diameter of granules in the range of to D1; fine fraction with granule diameter < . Recycled fraction is sent to the stage of feeding the initial raw material as a seed. Coarse fraction is fed for grinding to a particle diameter in the range of to D1 and returned to the process at the stage of feeding the starting material. Fine fraction is supplied for grinding until complete absence of granules, the size of which exceeds the size of the initial raw material, and is returned to the stage of feeding the initial raw material. EFFECT: invention enables to stabilize the granulation process without the need for constant adjustment of production process parameters, reduce the load on the equipment, obtain a granular product which is stable in terms of size and physical and chemical properties.
