FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to development of electrolytes for medium-temperature chemical current sources based on lithium and rubidium halides and chromates. According to the invention, the electrolyte of the chemical current source, which contains lithium and rubidium bromides, additionally contains lithium chromate with the following ratio of components (wt%): lithium bromide — 46.04…46.97, rubidium bromide — 36.54…37.57, lithium chromate — 16.39…16.49.
EFFECT: low melting point and wider range of use in molten state of electrolyte with low melting point.
