The effect is achieved by choosing the composition of the electrolyte, in wt.%: potassium iodide - 3.84-4.80, rubidium iodide - 4.53-5.67, lithium chromate - 68.24-69.8, potassium chromate - 8.95 -9.16, rubidium chromate - 12.34-12.63.

EFFECT: reducing the melting point of the mixture to bring the electrolyte into working condition.
