FIELD: communication equipment.
SUBSTANCE: terminal device communicates with the base station in accordance with the TDD (Time Division Duplex) method. Terminal device comprises a control unit which transmits uplink control signals based on setting information indicating a first resource, which is periodically placed on each of the multiple portions of the pass band contained in the component carrier, and which must be used when transmitting an uplink control signal.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing a mechanism for enabling periodic transmission and reception of uplink control signals in NR system by a more suitable method.
