FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: stated technical result is achieved by the fact that when the transmission of the first cell group (CG) using the New Radio (NR) technology and the transmission of the second CG using the NR technology are blocked in the period and with a time difference exceeding the threshold value, the terminal controls the dynamic shared use of the transmission power of the first and second CG within said period. The terminal transmits the first CG and the second CG using the dynamically shared transmission power. The time difference therein constitutes the time difference from the end of the last character of the latest or earliest physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) from the PDCCH for scheduling the transmission of the first CG and the PDCCH for scheduling the transmission of the second CG until the beginning of transmission of the first CG or transmission of the second CG.
EFFECT: control of the uplink power in dual connectivity (NN-DC).
