FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stairway crawler hoist. Stair lift (1) comprises bearing frame (2), manipulating lever (3), caterpillar moving device (4) and lifting device (5). Lifting means (5) includes first rear wheel (6) and support arm (7), having first arm (8), to which is attached the first rear wheel with possibility of rotation around first horizontal axis (X), and second arm (9), separate from first arm (8) and capable of turning about second horizontal axis (Y). Support arm (7) is attached to the bearing frame with possibility of rotation around the second horizontal axis (Y). Lifting means comprises second rear wheel (10), attached to second arm (9) in position relative to first rear wheel so that second rear wheel (10) and first rear wheel (6) simultaneously contact with sliding plane (P), when torque is applied to manipulating lever (3) in order to turn bearing frame (2) back around second horizontal axis (Y) and lift caterpillar device (4) from sliding plane (P). Second rear wheel (10) is attached to second arm (9) with possibility of rotation.
