SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to casing strings for oil and gas wells. Device is made with possibility of connection with casing string and reduction of friction between casing string and side wall of well shaft during casing string movement inside well shaft. Casing string contains a plurality of casing pipes connected to each other by means of a plurality of casing string couplings. Movement device comprises: a bushing having an inner surface defining a central hole configured to receive a casing string, wherein said bushing has channel extending in circumferential direction along bushing inner surface and plurality of rotating elements to get in contact with borehole sidewall. At that, said channel accommodates casing collar. Said bushing and casing may rotate relative to each other when casing collar is fitted in said channel.
EFFECT: unobstructed movement of the casing string along the wellbore.
