FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to weapons, namely to training and hand grenades of non-lethal action. Hand grenade comprises polymer shell with functional filling screwed to polymer housing of safety-trigger mechanism (fuse), having elongation in form of tube with ignition means. Polymer shell has a mesh produced by casting corrugations that form fracture lines along weakened sections. As functional filling composition contains pyrotechnic fireworks of white light. Cavity of the tube of the ignition device on the side of the free end is filled with an igniting force compound. Volume of the composition of the pyrotechnic fireworks white light is from 50% to 65% of the volume of the polymer shell. Thickness of the polymer shell is from 1.2 mm to 3 mm with the ratio of components of the composition of the pyrotechnic fireworks white light in wt%: technical sodium nitrate of grade A from 18 to 22, magnesium powder MPF-2 from 78 to 82, solution of fluorine rubber SKF-32 in acetone (over 100%) from 1.5 to 2.5.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of hand grenade application at provision of the declared hand grenade application safety.
