FIELD: heat treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for heat treatment of food products and can be used for cooking dishes from meat, fish and vegetables on charcoal. The brazier contains a housing, a centrifugal fan, the axis of which is parallel to the long side of the housing. The centrifugal fan is equipped with a foot drive, on the sides of the centrifugal fan there are many outlets, to which branch pipes are attached, the ends of which are attached to the holes in the side walls of the brazier. Each of the connected outlet holes of the nozzles and the holes on the side walls of the brazier have the same diameters, and the holes on the side walls of the brazier have different diameters, namely, holes with a larger diameter are closer to the center, holes with a smaller diameter are closer to the edges of the brazier. The uniform release of heat throughout the entire volume of the brazier is ensured by the different diameters of the holes on the side walls of the brazier due to their different hydraulic resistance and special location: closer to the middle of the body, the diameter is larger than at the edges.
EFFECT: invention allows to efficiently burn fuel and provides a uniform release of heat throughout the volume, by controlling the combustion process by changing the rate of heat release during coal combustion.
