FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wheels with pneumatic tires and built-in elastic elements and shock absorbers for suspension machines. On the side of the tire, in the left lug of the beam, a spring-loaded lever is installed, fixed with its middle part to the fixed part of the hub perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the wheel. The lower ends of the spring and the hydraulic shock absorber are mounted on the lower end of the spring-loaded arm. The upper ends of the spring and the hydraulic shock absorber are installed in the right lug of the beam. The maximum compression stroke buffer is installed in the middle part of the beam and interacts with the lower end of the spring-loaded lever. The wheel is equipped with a tire tightly mounted outside and fixed to the rim with an endless rubber-cord tape with external lugs, the width of which exceeds the width of the tire, forming with it a side collar protruding towards the fixed part of the hub. With its inner surface in the lower part of the tire contact rollers installed at the ends of the balancer connected by its middle part with the lower end of the spring-loaded lever. The spring-loaded lever and the spring axis are installed with the possibility of changing the angle between them in the range of 120÷150°, and the hydraulic shock absorber is made single-tube and gas-filled with a liquid-gas separator.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability and vibration-proof properties of the wheel, which improves the smoothness of the ride and the ground clearance of the vehicle.
