FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pneumatic wheels with internal cushioning and reduction gear intended for non-suspension machines. Rim is detachable in the form of left and right discs, interconnected by means of onboard transmission, including wheel gear, in housing of which on hollow fixed hub coaxially installed external shaft made in form of pipe and connected by left end to right disk. Inside the hollow fixed hub there is an inner shaft connected by the left end to the left disc. On the right end of the inner shaft the right gear wheel is fixed. On the right end of the outer shaft there fixed is a left gear wheel connected to the right gear wheel by means of two parasitic gears fixed on the input shaft connected to the wheel rotation drive. On the left end of the hub in the plane of rotation of the wheel there fixed is a lug, in which a spring-loaded lever is installed with two support rollers on the end, which contact in the lower part with the inner surface of the pneumatic tire installed by its sides on the left and right disks, wherein in the middle part of the lever there is a spring with a hydraulic damper installed inside it, the lower ends of which are connected to the middle part of the lever, and upper ends are connected to the middle part of the lug, on which the buffer of the maximum travel of the support rollers is fixed upwards.
EFFECT: increased smoothness and traction properties of wheel non-suspension machines.
