SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine. A method for evaluating the cytoprotective effect (CPE) of intravenous immunoglobulin preparations (IVIGP) against trophoblast cells under conditions of their interaction with natural killers is proposed. A culture of trophoblast cells is used, some of which are incubated without mononuclear cells, some in the presence of monoculars, and some in the presence of IVIGP preparation at a concentration of 6 mg/ml. The number of non-viable trophoblast cells is determined. The coefficient of the cytoprotective effect of IVIGP preparations in relation to trophoblast cells is calculated. With CPE <1, a positive cytoprotective effect is predicted. With CPE ≥1, there is no cytoprotective effect.

EFFECT: invention allows evaluating the effectiveness of CPE of IVIGP preparation in relation to trophoblast cells in vitro in the presence of peripheral blood NK cells.
