SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to reproductive medicine, and can be used to assess the risk of miscarriage. Method for assessing the risk of miscarriage in women with usual miscarriage, that patient is determined the cytotoxic activity of peripheral blood NK cells in the secretory phase of the menstrual cycle in relation to trophoblast cells of the Jeg-3 line according to the formula: CEpat=SCEpat-SBGexp+oBG, where CEpat is the cytotoxic activity of NK cells in a patient, %; SCEpat – the average cytotoxic activity of NK cells against trophoblast cells; SBGexp – mean baseline death of trophoblast cells in each experiment; oBG is the total basal cell death of trophoblast cells, where: SBGexp={(Xn/Xtotal)1+(Xn/Xtotal)2+…+(Xn/Xtotal)n}×100 %/n, where Xn – the number of non-viable trophoblast cells incubated in the culture medium without addition of mononuclear cells; Xtotal – the total number of trophoblast cells incubated in the culture medium without addition of mononuclear cells; n is the number of repetitions; SCEpat={(Yn/Ytotal)1+(Yn/Ytotal)2+…+(Yn/Ytotal)n}×100 %/n, where Yn is the number of non-viable trophoblast cells incubated with peripheral blood mononuclear cells in each well; Ytotal is the total number of trophoblast cells incubated with peripheral blood mononuclear cells; n is the number of repetitions. If the value of the cytotoxic activity of NK cells in a woman with habitual miscarriage exceeds the predetermined value of the cytotoxic activity of NK cells in healthy fertile women in the secretory phase of the menstrual cycle, assess the high risk of miscarriage.
EFFECT: method expands the range of means and allows to give an immunological assessment of the risk of miscarriage.
