FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions refers to medicine, particularly immunology. Disclosed is a method for verifying the immunogenicity of vaccine antigens in vitro for producing highly effective vaccines against dangerous infections, involving preparing a group of cell cultures. Each test tube is added with antibodies against CD3, CD4, CD8, then proliferating CD3 + CD4 + and CD3 + CD8 + T lymphocytes are determined, then intensity of lymphocyte proliferation is analysed among these groups of cells. From analysed antigens one is selected, which does not suppress proliferation of T effector cells in presence of T regulatory cells. What is presented is a method for increasing the immunogenicity of a vaccine, which consists in the fact that the vaccine antigen is first checked by the method described above, then it is modified by reducing the number of epitopes to the T regulatory cells, the modified vaccine antigen is synthesized and checked for the second time.
EFFECT: presented group of inventions provides higher immunogenicity of the vaccine and antigen.
