SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pediatric cardiology, and can be used in infants with a dilated cardiomyopathy (CMP) phenotype. On the first day, ACEI inhibitors are prescribed at a dose of 1/10 of the therapeutic dose, the next day, BBA is prescribed, also starting from 1/10 of the therapeutic dose. Then the dose of ACEI inhibitor captopril is increased on the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th day, and the dose of ACEI inhibitor enalapril is increased on the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th day. The dose of BBA carvedidol or bisoprolol is increased on the 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th day. At the same time, the patient's body weight, the amount of fluid consumed and excreted, respiratory rate, heart rate are monitored daily, the presence of hepatomegaly is assessed, the rule of alternating days of raising doses and ACEI and BBA is observed.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of CHF treatment in children with a dilated phenotype of CMP by prescribing therapy with the main pathogenetic drugs and the optimal rate of drug dose titration in stationary conditions.
