With initial value of this pressure in excess of 20 mm Hg and pressure reduction on the fifth day of therapy by more than 5 mm Hg. The method may be used in clinical practice with administration of inhibitors of angiotonin-transforming enzyme to patients with acute myocardial infarction and postinfarction cardiosclerosis both with symptoms of chronic cardiac insufficiency and with asymptomatic changes of hemodynamic parameters for assessment of efficiency of treatment.
