SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Logic converter is designed to implement simple symmetric Boolean functions and can be used in digital computer systems as a means of converting codes. Logic converter contains eight majority elements (11, …, 18) and three EXCLUSIVE OR elements (21, 22, 23). Due to the specified elements and new circuit of their connection implementation of any of simple symmetric Boolean functions is provided τ1, τ(n-1)/2, τ(n+1)/2, τ(n+3)/2, τn, depending on n arguments, that are input binary signals, with n = 7.
EFFECT: providing implementation of any of simple symmetric Boolean functions.
