FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a humanised monoclonal antibody which selectively binds human tumour antigen, as well as to its antigen-binding fragment. Also disclosed is an isolated DNA fragment coding a variable portion of the heavy chain, and an isolated DNA fragment coding the variable portion of the light chain of said antibody.
EFFECT: invention is effective for binding to human PRAME tumour antigen with antigen-antibody complex dissociation constant of 1,2 nM with allowable error value of 10 % and can be used for human treatment.
