FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to suitable for processing layered film structures having gas barrier properties. Described are recyclable, fully polyethylene laminar film structures suitable for use in flexible packaging. Said structures comprise a film layer consisting essentially of an ethylene polymer and a barrier adhesive layer applied to the surface of the film layer, wherein the adhesive layer contains a solvent-based adhesive. Said structure has oxygen permeability of not more than 100 cm3O2/m2/day, measured in accordance with ASTM method D3985. Described are fully recyclable polyethylene laminar film structures suitable for use in flexible packaging, comprising (A) a sealant film layer consisting essentially of an ethylene polymer, (B) an intermediate film layer consisting essentially of an ethylene polymer, (C) a structural film layer consisting essentially of an ethylene polymer, and (D) a barrier adhesive layer, wherein said recyclable, all-polyethylene laminar film structure has oxygen permeability of not more than 100 cm3O2/m2/day, measured in accordance with the ASTM method D3985.
EFFECT: invention enables creation of layered film structures for use as a flexible package having the required gas barrier properties and functions with the possibility of simple secondary processing.
