FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, namely to the production of cast heat-resistant nickel alloys with a monocrystalline structure, used in the production of critical parts of gas turbine engines and plants, first of all, working and nozzle blades of gas turbines operating at temperature of 1,000 °C and higher. Heat-resistant nickel alloy for casting parts with monocrystalline structure contains, wt%: carbon 0.005–0.02, chromium 3.0–4.0, cobalt 5.0–6.5, tungsten 2.0–3.5, molybdenum 2.5–3.5, aluminum 5.5–6.5, titanium 0.4–1.5, tantalum 7.0–9.0, rhenium 5.5–7.0, zirconium 0.01–0.05, yttrium 0.001–0.1, lanthanum 0.001–0.1, cerium 0.001–0.1, silicon 0.01–0.2, manganese 0.01–0.2, boron 0.005–0.03, nickel – the rest, provided the following conditions are met: 41.6≥3.0CMo+1.6CW+2.3CTa+1.6CRe, where CMo, CW, CTa, CRe – concentration of elements in the alloy, wt% and CAl/(CTi+CTa+0.58CW+0.48CMo)≥1.0 (at.%/at.%), where CAl, CTi, CTa, CW, CMo – concentration of corresponding elements in γ'-phase, at.%.

EFFECT: high heat resistance values are provided without the presence of a platinum group element in the alloy; alloy has optimal structure without presence of embrittling TPU-phases and α-phases based on tungsten, molybdenum, rhenium and chromium; it is characterized by high structural stability, which makes it possible to use this alloy at temperatures of 1,100 °C and higher.
