FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to casting heat-resistant nickel alloys with a single-crystal structure, intended for casting gas turbine engine blades, which operate for a long time at temperatures of order of 1,050-1,100 °C. Cast heat-resistant nickel alloy with monocrystal structure contains, wt.%: carbon 0.002-0.05, chromium 1.0-3.0, cobalt 2.0-4.0, tungsten 0.4-2.0, molybdenum 1.0-3.5, aluminium 5.5-6.5, tantalum 3.8-5.0, hafnium 0.05-0.6, rhenium 10.0-11.5, boron 0.005-0.02, zirconium 0.005-0.03, cerium 0.001-0.1, lanthanum 0.001-0.1, yttrium 0.001-0.1, magnesium 0.01-0.03, manganese 0.01-0.2, silicon 0.01-0.2, vanadium 0.05-0.6, scandium 0.005-0.03, praseodymium 0.005-0.05, nickel – balance. Heat resistance of alloy is provided.
EFFECT: alloy has high heat resistance while maintaining specific weight at level of 8,88 g/cm3.
