FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry, namely to compositions for hardening hydraulic backfilling massif and can be used in the extraction of mineral raw materials, in the mining of stable ores by chamber systems with backfilling of the goaf with finely dispersed material without binders. Composition for hardening the hydrofilling array, containing urea resin and iso-methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride in the following ratio of components, wt.%: urea resin brand KF-MT-15 with a density of 1.257 g/cm3 - 83.3 and iso-methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride with a density of 1.203 g/cm3 - 16.7. The gelation time when the composition is injected into the hydraulic filling array is 50 minutes at a temperature of 20°C and 63 minutes at a temperature of 13°C. The compressive strength of the massif strengthened by the composition is 5.8 MPa, 6.8 MPa and 7.4 MPa at the age of 30 days, 60 days and 90 days, respectively.
EFFECT: increasing the strength of the hydraulic filling array while simplifying the composition of the hardener and reducing the number of components, as well as accurately determining the gelation time.
