FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: injector-anchor is claimed for fixing a fractured roof of mine workings. The injector-anchor includes a perforated pipe with a thread at the outer end, a plug-pipe screwed into it with a check valve and a seal. The perforated pipe is made of polyethylene; a continuous conical polyethylene plug is inserted into the inner end of the pipe. A conical groove is made in the inner part of the perforated pipe, made with the possibility of inserting a conical plug. Also, radial cuts are made in the inner part, forming petals. In the locations of the holes, annular grooves are made with a depth not exceeding the diameter of the holes. In the outer part of the perforated pipe from the side of the wellhead, a conical groove is made, into which a rubber seal is inserted.
EFFECT: ensuring safe extraction of rock by a mechanized complex by installing a non-removable non-metallic injector-anchor that injects a hardening solution into the well.
