FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for hardening a hydraulic stowage mass and can be used in the extraction of mineral raw materials in the development of stable ores by chamber systems with hydraulic stowing of the developed space. This method includes hydraulic stowing of the chamber with a fine material without binders. After drainage of water, shrinkage and re-filling of the filling mass, when the moisture content of the mass reaches 3–7 %, around the perimeter of the chamber from the side of the inter-chamber pillars, through a fan of wells drilled in both directions from drilling pits, laid down along the pillars axial line, starting from the bottom vertically, the chemical solution is injected in an ascending order in the following ratio of components, wt. %: hydrofluosilicic acid H2SiF6, with a density of 1.09–1.13 g/cm3 – 20.4–20.7 % and sodium silicate Na2SiO3, with a density of 1.42 g/cm3 – 79.3–79.6 %.
EFFECT: method for hardening the hydraulic stowage mass is proposed.
