Cargo oscillation damper on the ship crane boom includes three stabilizing winches fixed on the boom, the drums of which are connected to the ship crane cargo suspension by guy ropes, forming the corresponding spatial trifilar, and the hydraulic drive of these drums, which contains three non-adjustable hydraulic motors, a three-position distributor, to which the pressure and drain lines of the hydraulic drive are connected, and the supply lines of the hydraulic motors connecting the hydraulic motors with the three-position distributor. In the drain line of the hydraulic drive, a pressure valve is installed with the provision of this valve adjustment of the corresponding torque on the hydraulic motors in the operating mode of the hydraulic drive to select the slack of the guy ropes, in hydraulic motors supply lines in this operating mode of hydraulic drive there are pressure valves shunted by check valves, and two-position distributors, and cavities of hydraulic motors, to which these supply lines are connected, are connected through check valves to proportional pressure valve, which is equipped with proportional electromagnet with provision of remote electric control by this electromagnet of adjustment spring of this valve gate.

EFFECT: providing remote formation of braking forces in guy ropes, which are proportional to the weight of the lifted load in the phase of the oscillating movement of the load.
