FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used to teach the skills of self-correction of states of psychophysical discomfort. The learning process is conducted in three stages. At the first preparatory stage, the coach establishes emotional contact with the student in the form of a dialogue. Breathing practice is conducted. After that, electroencephalography is performed to determine the spectral power of the theta and beta-1 rhythms of the student’s brain. At the second stage, the dominant determining the habitual programmed behavior is revealed. At the third stage, negative sensations are replaced with positive sensations by transforming the identified dominant. Next, the student analyzes the psychophysical state from the positions of other participants in communication and by modeling new behavioral patterns based on the win-win principle. After that, the student is offered to analyze the original traumatic situation in a new way and simulate new behavioral patterns. At the end, the student is asked to open the eyes and reflect on the experience gained. After that, electroencephalography is repeated with the determination of the spectral power of the theta and beta-1 rhythms of the student’s brain.
EFFECT: method provides training in the skills of self-correction of states of psychophysical discomfort.
