FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in sports medicine, restorative medicine, psychosomatic medicine, medical psychology, occupational psychophysiology, clinical psychophysiology, social psychophysiology and aims at correction of alexithymia and its consequences in the form of psychosomatic disorders. It involves carrying a complex of health-improving actions which involves relaxation breathwork, sensual perception techniques, art therapy techniques, psychotechnical sport games and creative visualisation techniques. A group makes two cycles of exercises: a correction training cycle consisting of 25 lessons and a support cycle consisting of 10 lessons; each lessons of the correction training cycle lasts for 50-60 minutes 3 times a week, while the supporting cycle includes the lessons of 50-60 minutes 2 times a week.
EFFECT: prevention of somatic health disorders and enables more efficient medical rehabilitation following psychosomatic diseases.
