It involves carrying a complex of health-improving actions which involves relaxation breathwork, sensual perception techniques, art therapy techniques, psychotechnical sport games and creative visualisation techniques. A group makes two cycles of exercises: a correction training cycle consisting of 25 lessons and a support cycle consisting of 10 lessons; each lessons of the correction training cycle lasts for 50-60 minutes 3 times a week, while the supporting cycle includes the lessons of 50-60 minutes 2 times a week.
