SUBSTANCE: method involves doing exercises during which patient touches umbilical region with four fingers of one hand and massaging points below clavicles at both sides of breast bone, points below lower and upper lips, coccygeal bone; massaging thymus gland by slightly tapping this region; repeating exercise with changed hands; breathing through one nostril and expiring through other nostril; passing his hand over from pubic bone to lower lip and from coccygeal bone to upper lip and in reverse direction; spreading and stretching outer edge of each ear upward and outside; massaging region extending from mastoid process downward to clavicles; slightly pinching Achilles and popliteal tendons and stroking them in horizontal direction; performing rotational motions by arms bent in elbow joint initially with shoulder rotating in forward direction with further rotation in rearward direction; performing crossing motions, with left hand touching right thigh and right hand touching left thigh; drawing horizontal 8-shaped figure in air by forefinger, with center of figure being in front of patient's eyes; repeatedly drawing the figure while performing motions with body and following the figure with eyes without turning head; putting one palm onto nape of neck and other palm onto forehead; thinking over some negative situation for 30 sec; mentally imagining this situation in positive aspect and accomplishing exercise with luxus breath and expiration; putting patient's right leg talocrural articulation on left leg knee while patient embraces metatarsus and great toe with his left hand; keeping patient in such position for 30 sec; putting both feet on floor in parallel one with another for 10-15 sec; exposing patient's forehead to light beam for 30-60 sec while patient is looking on black sheet of paper.
