FIELD: building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of building and assembling structures. Complex for monitoring the processes of building and assembling structures using the BIM technology, wherein information about structural elements and identification codes thereof is unloaded, the identification codes of elements are connected with recognised markers prior to or after applying the markers to the elements in accordance with the coordinates of the design locations, issuing a command to the imaging module to display the unloaded information about the elements, the information about the structural elements whereon markers are recognised is unloaded while the markers are scanned, with the coordinates of the design locations therefor on the elements, the relative position between the recognised markers is determined and compared with the relative position of the markers according to the coordinates of the design locations, a command to display the unloaded information, the comparison results, and the distances to markers and/or distances between the markers is issued to the imaging module, the data on the recognised markers and distances thereto, as well as on the results of comparison is stored in the memory module and transmitted to a remote server via a data exchange module.
