SUBSTANCE: method for controlling fungal diseases of garden, grape and plantation crops, selected from stone fruit and seed crops, grapes, strawberries and bananas, provides for the stages of bringing into contact at least part of plant and/or area adjacent to plant, with compound or composition containing compound I:

EFFECT: proposed method for controlling fungal diseases of garden, grape and plantation crops is highly effective against a fungal pathogen of plants selected from a group, consisting of pathogens of powdery mildew of apple trees (Podosphaera leucotricha), apple leaf spot (Alternaria mali), pear scab (Venturia pyrina), soot mold of pear (Capnodium species) and gray mold of vine (Botrytis cinerea), if the crops are seed crops or grapes, and fungal pathogen, selected from a group consisting of agents of brown rot of flowers and fruits of stone fruits (Monilinia laxa and Monilinia fructicola), fruit rot of stone fruits (Rhizopus stolonifer), gray mold of strawberry (Botrytis cinerea), black cigatoka of bananas (Mycosphaerella fijiensis), true powdery mildew of cherry (Podosphaera clandestina, PODOCL), pecan scab (Cladosporium caryigenum, CLADCA), almond scab (Cladosporium carpopilum, CLADSP), almond leaf spot (Stigmina carpophila, STIGCA), rust (Tranzschelia discolor, TRANDI) and almond peel rot (Botrytis, Rhizopus and Monolinia).
