SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a system for generating electromagnetic waves and a heating device. System for generating electromagnetic waves includes a module for generating electromagnetic waves, a radiating unit and a matching unit, which are connected in series between the module for generating electromagnetic waves and the radiating unit. Electromagnetic wave generation module is configured to generate an electromagnetic wave signal. Radiating unit includes one or more radiating devices and is configured for electrical connection with a module for generating electromagnetic waves for generating electromagnetic waves of the corresponding frequency in accordance with the electromagnetic wave signal. Matching unit includes a first matching unit. First matching unit includes a plurality of inductors with fixed values, connected in series between the electromagnetic waves generation module and the radiating unit, and a plurality of parallel branches, wherein each parallel branch of the first matching unit includes a capacitor with a fixed value and a switch, connected in series.

EFFECT: invention enables to create a highly efficient system for generating electromagnetic waves, which is applied to different loads, and increases the matched range of the matching unit.
