FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to the field of emergency and vascular surgery, and can be used to optimize the process of prosthetics of the vessel. A three-branched deep mechanical vasodilator contains three levers, two of which are represented by metal plates located in a horizontal plane, which are paired and made with the possibility of inverting their movement at the intersection of their corresponding working branches. The third lever is also a plate made of metal with a double bend, its flat part attached to the rear of the junction of the paired levers, and its continuation in the form of a vertically oriented branch is deflected in the direction corresponding to the direction of deflection of the third lever, while its movement is provided by compression of the elastic metal plate by the paired levers, which is placed in a narrow frame hole in the third unpaired lever. The plate is mounted on cylindrical protrusions on the inner sides of the paired levers and holes of the corresponding diameter at the ends of the plate.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to optimize the process of prosthetics of large and medium-sized vessels in vascular surgery by simplifying the stage of stretching the vessel and excluding the actions of assistants from it in order to reduce the timing and increase the effectiveness of prosthetics, as well as reducing the frequency of postoperative complications such as positive backlash of the endoprosthesis in a pulse wave relative to a larger diameter of the vessel with an incorrectly selected prosthesis, as well as its dislocation from the vessel lumen and the local hemodynamic defect formed in this regard.
