FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery. Common carotid artery, internal carotid artery, external carotid artery are separated and anastomosis is formed. A temporary intraluminal shunt with inflatable balloons and a T-shaped port is pre-calibrated and inserted into the lumen of the prosthesis, followed by prosthetic repair of a portion of the common carotid artery and the internal carotid artery.
EFFECT: method enables reducing a risk of injuring the surrounding soft tissues, injuring medical devices, excessive intraoperative blood loss with simultaneous improvement of the quality of the anastomosis, and also enables reducing the length of the operation.
