According to the method, the hydraulic fracture dimensions are determined according to the data of the well hydrodynamic studies materials interpretation at transient modes by the pressure recovery method, spatial location of the fracture when analysing the change in the behaviour of the element of the development system, in which the well is located - the object of hydraulic fracturing.

EFFECT: possibility of determining spatial location of hydraulic fracture and its geometrical parameters based on geological and field data, without involving expensive microseismic investigations.
