FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to methods of development of mineral deposits extracted through wells, particularly deposits of hydrocarbons: oil, bitumen, gas and gas condensate, gas-hydrates, of metals, for example uranium, copper, gold and also of salts, and is designed for implementation on all stages of development including final stage. The essence of the invention is as follows: the method consists in recording seismic-acoustic emission with determination of fracture distribution in formation medium, in wave effect onto underground deposits and in initiating additional fracturing. Also wave effect is performed out of at least one well. Space location of tops of fractures being formed is determined. The tops are also subject to wave effect. On base of obtained data parametres of operation of effecting well are assessed and parametres of operation of surrounding wells are corrected, and/or their function is altered, and/or new wells are bored.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of development of mineral deposits raising current production rate by means of continuous accessing data obtained from borehole environment; this information is directly or indirectly refers to natural or artificial fracturing.
