FIELD: fasteners.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for fixation, mainly, of shaft-bushing parts. Device contains a limiting bushing placed on the shaft and taking up the load acting on the shaft in the direction of its axis. In the shaft on the side of the surface of the limiting bushing, opposite to the surface receiving the axial load, there is a hole perpendicular to the axis of the shaft, in which there is a pin for fixing the limiting bushing, which interacts with it. In the pin perpendicular to its axis there are parallel holes for the rod elements fixing the position of the pin relative to the shaft, wherein parallel holes are located at equal distances from ends of pin and at distance exceeding diameter of shaft, and are oriented parallel to surface of limiting bushing. Cylindrical recess is made in the limiting bushing on the side of the pin, in which the pin is placed; at that, the cylindrical recess has a depth equal to 0.3–2 of the pin diameter. Pin length is determined from the ratio: , where L is the pin length, D is the diameter of the cylindrical recess, d is the pin diameter, K is the size factor, K=0.6–1. Pin is fixed by a wire passing through at least one of the pin holes and completely enclosing the shaft.

EFFECT: simplification of the device design, conditions of its assembly and maintenance, as well as provision of the possibility of longitudinal movement of the shaft and its rotation, expansion of the device application area.
