FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, particularly, to production of wall panels. Proposed method consists in that panel facing elements are jointed to panel board with elements shifted relative to each other in horizontal direction and with overlapping of top facing elements on bottom facing elements. In initial stage of panel production under industrial conditions panel plate is arranged on working table in horizontal position, and in this position marking on plate attachment points to wall or to load-bearing elements of structure. Then conditionally upper and lower facing elements are glued along straight line in rows to panel plate so that open places are left around fixing points for arrangement of closing facing elements in those places. Then, at the second stage of manufacturing the wall panel, it is placed under construction conditions in a vertical or other design position on the wall or on the supporting elements of the building. Panel fastening element location points are aligned with the panel attachment points on the wall or on the building bearing elements, and fastening elements holes are made in the panel plate, which are inserted into the plate holes and fix the panel on the building wall. After the operations performed, the finishing operation of the method of making the panel in its design position fixed on the structure is carried out – covering the open areas of the panel with closing facing elements and gluing the closing elements to the panel plate.
EFFECT: simplification and reduction of panel manufacturing labour intensiveness.
