SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an injection device. Injection device includes an adapter for installation on the syringe body, besides, the adapter includes an internal passage limited by an internal wall, a needle, a piston, a case for receiving the specified needle and a piston. Note here that said case comprises outer wall provided with contact section to stay in contact with adapter inner wall attachment section. Note here that said contact section comprises first collar while attachment section comprises second collar. Note here that said first and second collars make a ring extending from contact section and attachment section, respectively. First collar is in contact with the second collar. One of the contact section and the attachment section has a third collar forming a ring protruding from the contact section or attachment section carrying it. When the third collar is on the attachment area, the third collar and the second collar frame the first collar on the contact area; and when the third collar is on the contact section, the third collar and the first collar frame the second collar on the attachment section. Wherein the contact section has a cylindrical shape around the first collar, and the attachment section has a cylindrical shape around the second collar, as a result of which the first, second and third collars are in contact only with each other, and not with other parts of the case and the adapter, to allow the sheath to slide relative to the adapter by the user applying a sufficient force to the piston to retract the needle.

EFFECT: disclosed is an injection device.
