FIELD: engine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine building, in particular, to power supply systems of internal combustion engines (ICE) using liquefied natural gas (LNG) as fuel. Proposed is a power supply system of an internal combustion engine with supercharging on liquefied natural gas, including a cryogenic LNG tank 1 with a sealed gas-impermeable casing 2, a liquid phase shutoff and control valve 7, a vapour phase shutoff and control valve 12, and a liquefied phase filling valve 3 connected with a filling neck 4, an LNG discharge system including safety valves 17 and an emergency discharge valve 18, a compressed (pressurised) natural gas (CNG) tank 13, a gas purification filter 52, two fuel rails for supplying LNG 8 and CNG 51, a vapour phase exhaust collector 45, a turbo expander 46 with an accumulator 47, a charger 15, a line for supplying the vapour phase of the gas from the fuel rail 8 for supplying LNG to the CNG tank 13. The system for forced air supply of the combustion chambers (CC) includes low-resistance air filters 28, 41, a turbo charger 29-31, an intake collector 34 and a spent gas (SG) collector 37, a throttle valve 33, a rotation sensor 44, a control apparatus 43 coupled with an electro charger 39.

EFFECT: invention provides a possibility of ensuring forced air supply to the cylinders of the engine by installing a supercharging system applying a turbo and electric compressor, thus increasing the operating efficiency of the power unit.
