The result is achieved due to the fact that, during transmission of a signal, the stored parity check matrix is read, and LDPC encoding of the signal is performed using the stored parity check matrix, wherein the parity check matrices are formed as defined in the tables attached.

EFFECT: reduction in the probability of a bit error at a preset signal/noise ratio.
