SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. A film-type antitranspirant for plants based on polyvinyl alcohol is characterized by the fact that it includes polyvinyl alcohol PVA 17-88, emulsifying and stabilizing agents, which use oxyethylated sorbitanes: polysorbate 80 or polysorbate 20, plasticizer glycerin, starch, and water. All components are taken at a certain ratio.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create a universal and highly effective film-type antitranspirant for plants based on polyvinyl alcohol with the possibility of spraying plants, increasing moisture retention by reducing the water consumption of plants for evaporation, slowing their growth and development.
