FIELD: environmental construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to environmental construction and can be used as foundation supports in recreation areas or other places where it is difficult to deliver concrete. The gabion foundation includes steps of cylindrical gabions installed concentrically and forming a structure, so that the diameter of the cylindrical gabions increases as they are deepened, while the shells of the upper gabions are anchored into the lower ones, an impervious device is provided under the lower cylindrical gabion, and the tangent to the corners of the steps has a concave surface , which is made with a gradual increase in the angle of rotation. Gabion shells are made of recycled steel cord tires. The diameter of the holes in the side flanges of the lower shells is less than the diameter of the upper shells, the anchoring of the upper shells into the lower shells is made using at least three bolts fixed with nuts, uniformly penetrating the contacting side flanges of the shells along the circumference in the middle of their overlap, the length of these bolts is less than the height of the lower shells, but exceeds half of them height. The shells of the lower two steps of the foundation are made of recycled steel cord tires from heavy vehicles, and the shells of the upper steps of the foundation are made of recycled steel cord tires from trucks or cars. Each shell of the upper steps of the foundation, starting from the bottom from the third, is made of several identical recycled tires fastened together, the number of which is at least two.
EFFECT: ensuring an increase in the strength and stability of the foundation in relation to dynamic and seismic loads, as well as reducing the cost of the foundation.
