FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundation engineering, and is intended for use in erection of pile foundations, having a relatively high elevation of the upper edge of the grillage, which takes up horizontal loads. Pile foundation includes a cluster of vertical piles, a high grillage, a plate with holes through which the piles are passed, and a shell attached to the plate with its upper part, note here that dimensions of holes in plate exceed dimensions of piles while gaskets of resilient material are arranged in holes of plate around piles. Shell is made of at least two similar metal cord recycled tires from heavy truck, upper tire sidewall is located above the plate, on both sidewalls of the upper tire there are diagonal cuts with length equal to the length of diagonals of holes in the plate. Elastic gaskets between holes in plate and piles are formed from bent down flanges formed by diagonal cuts in upper sidewall of upper tire cover. On lower sidewall of lower tire cover or lower sidewalls of lower tire covers there are diagonal cuts with length equal to length of diagonal of cross section of piles. On lower tire upper sidewall or lower tire upper sidewalls diagonal cuts are made with length, equal to piles cross-section diagonal length with tire sidewall thickness allowance. Adjacent sidewalls bent downward and lower tire lower sidewall flanges bent downwards form elastic gaskets between piles and base soil, note here that attachment of shell to plate is formed by bent flanges of top tire top sidewall between piles side surfaces and plate hole surfaces.
EFFECT: simplification, cheapening of manufacture, increase of damping capacity of pile foundation at static and seismic loads.
