FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, in particular to a medical patch for the treatment of a skin disease. The patch for application to the subject’s skin includes potassium permanganate particles dispersed in medical cured silicone, where the specified potassium permanganate particles have an average diameter within the range of 1nm-60 mcm, and the specified silicone has a Shore hardness within the range of 5-60A after curing. A method for the treatment of a skin disorder characterized by increased wetness of the skin surface is also disclosed, including a stage of applying the patch to the skin surface to be treated, and in the result of a contact with the specified wet on the skin surface, potassium permanganate is released from the patch.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides the possibility of targeted slowed and controlled release of KMnO4.
